Dog of The Day-11-5-2019


Name:	Butch	Age:	Six and a half years old
Gender:	Male	Breed:	Toy Poodle
Home:	Cape Coral, Florida, USA
Butch loves to go on Harley rides, boat rides, car rides, anything that he can be with us. He is extremely smart and knows if we are leaving. When he sees us get out a set of keys and goes crazy so we do not forget him. He has become quite the celebrity in Cape Coral, known as "the Harley riding dog". I cannot count how many times people pull up at a red light and take his picture on the Harley. Butch is harnessed in twice to his little side car mounted on the fender of our Harley trike, we always carry him fresh water, and he has a cool pad in his side car. He wear his "doggles" to protect his eyes, too. Butch is well know at the local Home Depot by all the female employees and is very friendly and playful with them. He tends to ignore the male employees! My wife and I both say if there is reincarnation we want to come back as a Butch and have owners like us. Hugs, Angel

Dog of The Day-11-5-2019

Name:Colt
Age:Eight years old
Gender:MaleBreed:Staffordshire Terrier/Chihuahua Mix
Home: Moore, South Carolina, USA
 
   Colt was adopted as a stray in Augusta, Georgia, and now lives in South Carolina, so while he moved somewhat North, he is still a Southern gentleman.  

     Colt has a younger brother (Browning) and a younger sister (Penny), and gets long with them both.  

     He loves going to visit with family at the lake, and riding in the boat. While at the lake, he lounges on the beach and soaks up the sun. 

     His other hobbies include eating snacks, getting belly rubs, and playing with friends  - new and old alike - at the dog park. His BFF at the dog park is Walter! He is a happy boy, and we love him very much.

Dog of The Day-11-6-2019

Home: Norfolk, England, United Kingdom
 
   Peanut is a Shih Tzu who is twelve years young. He is a rescue who's had the most horrid life - he been with us two years and took a good 12 months before he trusted any of us. He now mixes with the other two rescues but can still sometimes be handful. We don't mind, we love him and he's so worth it. He's living his senior years in comfort with toys and fur blankets and lots of love and treats. 

     Peanut lives in Norfolk in the UK with his slightly daft but loving owners and, as you can see, his favorite bear Dave who he goes everywhere with. The best bit is watching him relax and learn every day we won't hurt him and he even knows the treat cupboard as it's his favorite sniff out point.

   Lily is my roly poly puppy.  They say she is a Doberman, Labrador mix, but I think she may have some Shepherd in there tooo, as you can see she is fluffier than either of those breeds. I snatched her up from my local humane society when she was three months old. 

     She is not just cute she is playful and has tons of energy, but can also be a calm little bugger when she wants to.  She can also be a bit overwhelming as she loves people and has to give everyone kisses!  Everyone who meets her wants to take her home with them but I wont let them.  I would like to hoor my Lily as the Sweetest, Smartest, Cutest puppy of the Day!

   Hi, my name is Bailey.  I'm a basset/pomeranian mix and I am seven and a half months old. I guess that makes me a Basseranian? Or a Pomeret Hound? Anyway, I live in Patterson, New York - that's upstate, but not too far up, next to the Connectiucut border, with my brother Noble and my two stepsisters Isabella and Jasmine.   

     My mom thinks I'm the greatest puppy in the whole world. She says I think that I'm human and don't know I'm a dog. Sometimes I even sit like a person. I love to play and wrestle all day with my brother and stepsisters. Then at night I snuggle up close to mom to sleep. We all sleep with Mom on the bed and it can be pretty cramped, but I get to sleep closest to Mom because I'm her special baby.
