Oscar is our Magyar Vizsla, and is now about eleven years old, though this is from when he was seven. He was at the beach, which he adores. I love this picture, as it captures his unique character well.  

     Why Oscar is special? It is because he is not really a dog. He's more human or another animal. When he swims he's a dolphin, a sea dog (ha-ha-ha), a bit like a merman. When he runs he's like a cheetah. And when he sleeps ... the noises he makes are totally strange and totally un-doggy-like! Even awake, he "talks" more than he "barks."  

     He's my brother and he always brings a smile on everybody's face. That makes him special!
