Today's Dog-6-18-2019

Name:	Penny, Brinkley	Age:	Four and a half years old
Gender:	Female, Male	Breed:	Airedale Terrier, Welsh Terrier
Home:	East Hampton, Connecticut, USA
This is me and my Welsh Terrier brother, Brinkley. We look alike, but  we're different breeds. I was an only child for over four years until my mom and dad recently adopted Brinkley. He was in a foster home in Virginia and we drove down to meet him and brought him home with us. At first, I didn't like him getting some of the attention I used to get, but I've adjusted. He really likes living with us and we're getting along very well -- we have a big fenced-in yard to run around and play in, a kiddie pool to splash in and drink out of, and lots of toys, treats and love. Sometimes, he wants to play so much and so hard that he wears me out! It's really annoying when the little pipsqueak grabs my collar in his mouth and pins me down on the ground. He also walks under me a lot and bites my legs!      Our dad is self-employed, so we get to go to work with him every day to guard the office and loading dock. The best part of our day is when the UPS driver comes in and gives us puppy cookies. Mom and dad take us to our big boat on weekends where we get to sleep overnight, and we also go for dinghy rides. We both love that! I didn't know at first if I liked having Brinkley around, but now I can't imagine not having him around. Mom and dad and I think he's very happy with us in his forever home.

Today's Dog-6-19-2019

‍Name:	Dublin	Age:	Ten months old
Gender:	Female	Breed:	Golden Shepherd mix
Home:	Nixa, Missouri, USA
Dublin is still just a puppy, at probably nine to ten months old, and even if she's done growing, she at least thinks like one. We do not know her actual birth date, because of how we got her. She is playful, rowdy, obnoxious, adorable, and sometimes a pain, but I don't regret having her as a dog.        Our house was getting a little quiet and we were getting ready to move, so we decided to get a dog, and she was free! By that I mean we had to buy some stuff from the original owner of Dublin, but Dublin herself was free! She's a pretty talkative puppy,as fits her Shepherd genes, and she is very curious. She always wants everyone in one room  - that those herding breed impulses - and not being busy or working. But she's a very sweet puppy, and we love her.

Today's Dog-6-20-2019

Name:	Rasta	Age:	Three and a half months old
Gender:	Female	Breed:	Old English Sheepdog
Home:	Hungary
Rasta is my  Old English Sheepdog puppy. She is very young, just three and a half months, but is growing so fast! And she is clever, too, she learns quickly.        My puppy is special, because she is very much loving, friendly and playful. Despite her young age, she is really obedient, and tries very hard to please us, and get told, "good girl, Rasta!" She gets even happier than her normal cheerful self, and wags her whole body when she hears praise, it is so fun! I love her very much.

Today's Dog-6-21-2019

Name:	Snowflake	Age:	Six months old
Gender:	Female	Breed:	Bichon Frise
Home:	Palos Hills, Illinois, USA
Snowflake is my beautiful Bichon puppy. She is six months old. Snowflake is full of energy and enthusiam. She loves children, and is very playful. She listens to me and she respects everybody. She not only obeys when I tell her to do anything, even strangers can tell her "sit" and she does.        Snowflake is very cheerful and happy all the time. She loves to run almost all the time, and is very active. Snowflake loves it when people tickle her tummy. She is very nice and sweet as can be. Words can't even explain how much I love her. That's what makes my dog special.
