 Today's Dog-1-24-2019

Name:	Danny	Age:	Twelve years old
Gender:	Male	Breed:	Dandy Dinmont Terrier, Bulldog mix
Home:	Corona, California, USA
This is our special little guy Danny. He came to us ten years ago as a rescue dog. We don't really know if he is a Dandy Dinmont Bulldog mix, but that is what he looks like. He is three feet long, very low to the ground, and has enormous paws - he waddles a bit when he walks. And he's got that classic bulldog underbite, so cute. When he came to us he was very thin, but has put on a little weight since then.        When he is excited, he spins around in circles. Danny loves to go for long walks, loves to chew on everything, and loves to play with his buddy Fred, a miniature schnauzer who is about his same age.  Danny is also secretly in love with Miss KiKi LePeu, a disdainful dairy cat that also shares our home. He loves to bathe and groom KiKi. Most of all, Danny loves to snuggle up on my bed at the end of a busy day. Danny is a dream dog because he is so happy to have a home where he is loved. He is easygoing and very eager to please. We are so lucky to have him as part of our family!

 Today's Dog-1-25-2019

Gender:	Male	Breed:	English Bulldog
Home:	Santa Catarina, Brasil
We would like to share some photos of our dog with you all. He is an English Bulldog called Swell. He lives with us in Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina, Brasil. He is a happy boy, do not let his wrinkly face fool you into thinking otherwise. He may look like a wise, worried old man in most of the pictures, but he really is a funny, silly boy.        He is a great dog, he is very playful and energetic, and is also a great napper - though his snores give him away every time. He loves to play, get taken for walks, and he is passionate about everything he does. He has gotten used to the presence of a camera - we just cannot resist taking pictures of that face! We love him very much and hope you enjoy our puppy son as much as we do!

 Today's Dog-1-26-2019

Name:	Karma	Age:	Eleven and a half months old
Gender:	Male	Breed:	Caucasian Ovcharka
Home:	North Carolina, USA
Karma is my puppy, he will turn one year old on February third! Karma is a working territorial guard dog, true to his Caucasian Ovcharka breed's purpose.  Although he protects his property and enjoys it, he loves to meet strangers in public places and enjoys getting pets. Sadly he gets a bit too happy and may try to get a hug from them. But he is still a puppy.      Friendly animals are his favorite thing as he gets to play with them! Karma enjoys photoshoots and obedience training. Tug of war is his favourite game and the toys he seems to like most are ponies... especially the pink ones.        As you can tell, he is a photogenic boy.  Today's Dog-1-27-2019

Name:	Max	Age:	Six and a half years old
Gender:	Male	Breed:	Shih Tzu
Home:	Ellsworth, Maine, USA
This is Max, my male Shih tzu. My boyfriend Josh, and I were both never really big fans of little dogs but when we saw Max we both instantly feel in love with him. We rescued Max from a family with an over populated amount of dogs living in a small area and didn't have time to take proper care of the animals. We went and got Max and his hair was very matted and in poor condition. So we made an appointment for him to be groomed the next day. We took him in to get groomed and it was a mess. Inside his matts were flea nests. And fleas were jumping off him left and right.      We wake up at 8 am and go out side to take him and his sister Miley outside to go to the bathroom. Then we come back inside, eat breakfast and get ready for the day. We clean up the house, and pick up all there toys and put them were they properly go. In the toy box. Then we usually go outside, if it's nice out and play fetch and chase in the big open field we have outside for about an hour or two. Then we'll come inside and relax and watch some television for a bit. Max is a really laid-back dog, so he would prefer to just lay down and nap anyways.      Some of the things Max really seems to enjoy are he seems to really enjoy playing tug of war with his big sister Miley. He does good keeping up with her, and it's kinda funny how she weighs 50 pounds more then him. And he also seems to enjoy going for long walks at night down to the river. We go every night, and he doesn't seem to mind it. Also, he enjoys car rides! He won't stick his head out the window like his sister Miley does, but he will sit up and look out the window. His favorite place to go is our local pet store right in town Crystal Clear Pet store, in Ellsworth Maine. It's time to say good bye, it's time for Dinner! And Max and Miley aren't very patient when it comes to eating!
